Standard Order Turnaround Time: 3 to 4 weeks with the exception of Special extended order turnaround time for orders placed between (12/27/2024 to 1/18/2025), see below for details:

Please be advised that our office will be closed from December 27, 2024 through Febr 18, 2025 for our annual overseas business trip. We will be accepting orders during this time, however, they will not be processed until our return back to the office on February 18, 2025.  Order will be processed in the order which are received.

Orders received during this period (Dec 27, 2024 to Feb 18, 2025) will have an extended order turnaround time of approx. 10 weeks.  Rush Orders will be suspended until further notice.

We will be communicating via emails should you have any concerns about your order's estimated delivery date, it might take longer than normal in getting back to you as we are on our time off period.

Standard Shipping Rates:

  • Under $75.00:

    • UPS Ground Saver: $7.95
    • UPS Ground: $10.95

  • $75.00 to $100.00:

    • UPS Ground: $11.95

  • $100.00 and up:

    • UPS Ground: $13.95

Expedited Shipping Options:

  • UPS 3 Day Select: $15.95
  • UPS 2 Day Express: $28.95

Note: UPS expedited shipping options exclude order processing time and do not guarantee the exact delivery date.

Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be added for delivery to Washington State residents.

Gift Wrapping:
We do not currently offer gift wrapping services.

Return Policy:
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except for personalization errors made by us. Please review ALL customization information carefully before checkout.
