News You Can Use: About Your Upcoming Orders

I hope you are enjoying a restorative and cozy holiday season with your family, friends, your furry friends--and most importantly, with yourself.

I want to share some updates about our shop so you have advanced notice if you are planning on ordering customized items, such as handkerchiefs, for your upcoming wedding or any special occasions in 2025. I will be taking my annual overseas business trip, so my shop will be closed from December 27, 2024 through February 18, 2025. 

What This Means for You:

• We will still be accepting orders. But if you place your order (s) during the stated period above, the extended turnaround time for receiving your order (s) will be approximately eight to 10 weeks.
• We will not be accepting rush orders during this period until further notice.
• You can still email me with any questions or concerns, but it may take me longer to respond as I am out of the office.

We sincerely thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, as I am taking this opportunity to enhance our product offerings and services to you.
